We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the return guidelines below.

Returns (Unopened Items Only)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a return, please contact us at info@greenliteusa.com and include your order number. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

Exchanges
If the wrong item was ordered, exchanges are accepted within 30 days, provided the product is unopened and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you. No restocking fee applies to damaged or defective items.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, opened or used air purifier filters cannot be returned.
